Robert has extensive 15 years of experience in the field of credit risk management gained in international corporations. He is the founder of the Polish Institute of Credit Management, the only organization in Poland aimed at promoting the principles of modern trade credit risk management among enterprises operating in Poland.

In 2006–2008 he worked as a credit analyst at Philip Morris Polska SCE, where he dealt with the company’s international client portfolio. Then, in the years 2008-2015, he was the credit department manager at Motorola Solutions, where he cooperated with finance, sales and logistics professionals from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the United States.

In his career in the years 2000 – 2004 he was the treasurer at Valeo Autosystemy sp.z o.o. where he dealt with comprehensive financial liquidity services for the company, including contacts with banks, cash flow forecasting and budgeting, debt collection and payment of liabilities.

In the same company, he also held the position of a purchasing specialist (2004 – 2006), being involved in one of the key supply areas for the factory in Skawina. He participated in the process of negotiations with suppliers, searching for new ones, as well as transfer and quality acceptance of production.

Robert holds a master’s degree in economics from the Cracow University of Economics at the Faculty of Management and Marketing. His master’s thesis described modern liquidity management of enterprises. He also completed two post-graduate studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow in the field of real estate valuation and financial mathematics.

Wojciech has over 16 years of experience within Finance, Treasury, Management and Supply Chain, gained primarily at the multinational companies in Poland, Senegal, Switzerland and France.

Between 2007 and 2014 he worked as a Credit Control Management Analyst at Philip Morris International. He was responsible for the several PMI’s national affiliates(i.a. Germany, Poland, Portugal and Switzerland) as well as for the separate entity covering duty free zones (PMI Duty Free). His portfolio also contained the external customers subjected to the credit evaluation, receivables, risk assessment and debt collection.

Furthermore, between 2015 and 2020 he held the following positions:

  • Manager Treasury & Cash Management at Eaton, Inc., being responsible for the coordination of the processes between the Regional Treasury Centres in Asia and Europe, reporting to the Company’s HQ in Cleveland, OH, USA,
  • Business and Finance Controller at CryoSave AG, a biotech company, where his primary responsibilities were the management and control of the Planning, Budgeting Consolidation and Reporting, reporting directly to the Board, and
  • Coordinator of Business Development and Planning and Supply Chain Teams at Philip Morris International.

Since 2021, he works as an independent consultant.

Wojciech holds a master’s degree in Management and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics at the Faculty of Management. His master’s thesis described the fiscal offences and crimes within the tax environment.
