In his career he combined academic and business assignments. He has worked for large multinational organizations (Volkswagen, Unisys) as well as for SME’s in Belgium and abroad. He is founder and president of the Instituut voor Kredietmanagement and an active member of the FECMA council. He is professor at Ghent University and has also been active as a professor at Vlerick Business School, Antwerp Management School and the Belgian Royal Military Academy. He is active as a consultant and lecturer in different countries on topics such as Financial Statement Analysis, Credit Management, Investment analysis. Michał Rączkowski Managing Partner, RK Legal (member of EuroCollectNet) - POLAND Attorney at law, managing partner in the RK Legal law firm, which specializes in debt management in the B2C and B2B area. In the company, he is responsible for cooperation with finan- cial institutions in the field of handling B2C debt assets. Since 2006 he has been managing RK Legal, a law firm with a team of over 110 people which provides legal services for business. The company has combined reliable legal assistance with the debt management offer, comprehensive protection of personal data, and investing in debt portfolios. Michał Rączkowski is the author of numerous press comments and co-author of Wolters Kluwer Publishing commentary: ‘Act on court bailiffs. Act on bailiff costs’. He shares his experience with you during numerous sector conferences and training. Glen Bullivant FCICM, Chartered Institute of Credit Management - UNITED KINGDOM Glen Bullivant FCICM is a Vice President & Treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and currently works as a credit management consultant. Involved with credit for over 40 years, he has worked in manufacturing, engineering and ser- vice industries, including export. Glen has been a member of the CICM for more than 30 years and, in additionto being a past Chairman of the Institute, also chairs its Technical Advisory Committee, serves on its Education Committee and is Editor of the Federation of the European Credit Management Associa- tions (FECMA) newsletter. Chantal Joosse Business Development Director, Strategic Partner- ships, Stenn International Ltd. - NETHERLANDS Chantal Joosse is Business Development Director, Strategic Part- nerships at Stenn International, a UK-based based provider of innovative cross-border trade finance solutions. Chantal has 20 years of experience in helping companies grow and protect their international business. She previously held senior management roles in both Europe and the United States at global trade credit insurers Atradius and Coface. At Stenn, Chantal’s main focus is developing relationships within the global trade finance commu- nity to bring Stenn’s trade finance solutions to companies of all sizes. Chantal is based in Amsterdam. John Lorié Chief Economist at Atradius Credit Insurance - NETHERLANDS John Lorié is Chief Economist at Atradius Credit Insurance, having joined the company in April 2011. He is also affiliated to the University of Amsterdam as a researcher. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at ABN AMRO, where he worked for more than 20 years in a variety of roles in commercial and investment banking. He started his career in the finance department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. John holds a PHD in inter- national economics, masters’ degrees in economics (honours) and tax economics as well as a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Tomasz Jastrząb PhD, Technicenter sp. z o.o. - POLAND Expert in advanced algorithms for data processing and analysis with research experience in the project “Development of an in- novative IT system for learning and verification of knowledge in the field of economics”. PhD in the field of engineering and technical sciences in the discipline of technical computer sci- ence and telecommunications at the Faculty of Automatic Con- trol, Electronics and Computer Science of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice - with the dissertation “Parallel algo- rithms for solving computationally hard problems concerning formal languages”. In the past, he was a researcher at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Silesian University of Technology. Author of numerous scientific dissertations in the field of financial analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, incl. “Small & Medium-Sized Enterprise Risk Monitoring Based on Financial Analysis Results” prepared for the 8th European Risk Conference 2018 organized by the University of Economics in Katowice. Josef Busuttil MBA (Henley), Dip. MMCIM, FCICM, Director of Malta Association of Credit Management (MACM) - MALTA Josef was involved in the setting up of the Malta Association of Credit Management (MACM – www.macm.org.mt) and is the Director of MACM. He has been a member of the Council of FECMA since May 2003. After twelve years occupying the role of FECMA Vice President, Josef was elected President of FECMA in November 2016. Josef is an intuitive lecturer and speaker, spe- cialising in trade credit management strategies that enable the credit function to gain and sustain competitive advantage in the market, whilst ensuring sound cash flow and long-term profit. He delivers in-house training and lectures for organised groups. Josef contributed to a number of training programmes and sem- inars organised by highly reputable international organisations and institutions, such as The European Commission, in a num- ber of countries, including Antwerp, Berlin, Bucharest, Dubai, Dublin, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, Madrid, Malta, Mexico City, Moscow, Paris, and Vilnius. Josef is a regular con- tributor of business articles to the international business press. Michał Kwieciński Managing Partner, RK Legal (member of EuroCollectNet) - POLAND Attorney, co-founder and managing partner of RK Legal, spe- cialist in commercial law and civil litigation. At the firm, he supervises the Claims Management Division specialising in servicing B2C debt assets and B2B corporate receivables, also in foreign markets. | SPEAKERS | 4th FECMA Pan-European Credit Congress Frank Hommersen Director Data Solutions at Bureau van Dijk – A Moody´s Analytics Company Frank Hommersen is bases in the Netherlands and joined Bure- au van Dijk (now Moody’s Analytics) in 2007. Since then Frank had various sales roles with focus working on Credit Risk Solu- tion in the Corporate, Financial and Insurance market. Curren- tly he is a Director – Data Solutions within MA and supporting Sales in Central and Eastern Europe.
