PICM Advisory Council
The Advisory Council of the Polish Institute of Credit Management (PICM) is a body with an advisory and technical role. It was appointed for the purposes of giving opinions and supporting the development of the PICM Foundation. The PICM Advisory Council consists of well-known people with an established position, sympathizing with the PICM Foundation and supporting it with knowledge and experience. The PICM Advisory Council acts in accordance with the provisions of the statute and the regulations, which define the competences, mode of operation and work, the way of work, adopting resolutions, rights, obligations and other detailed areas of functioning.

Associate Professor UEK Artur Hołda – Chairman of the PICM Advisory Council
Associate Professor at the University of Economics in Krakow and at the University of Economics and Computer Science in Krakow. Research and didactic worker at the UEK Accounting Department and Head of the FEEI Finance and Accounting Department. He is the author and co-author of over 100 publications (including books), which published, among others: "Accounting", "Monitor Rachunkowości i Finansów", "Zeszyty Teoretyczne Rachunkowości", "Nasz Rynek Kapitałowy".
He conducts extensive cooperation with business practice - training and economic and financial consulting as well as expertise in accounting and finance - mainly for recognized business entities. He also conducts obligatory training for auditors in Poland, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, as well as MBA (Master of Business Administration) classes.
Krzysztof Chechłacz - Member of the PICM Advisory Council
A graduate of the Finance and Banking Department of the Warsaw School of Economics.
In the years 1998 - 2012 he worked at Euler Hermes, including as Branch Director in Poznań, Commercial Director in Poland, and since 2009 as the President of the Management Board.
He was responsible for the creation and sale of insurance products and for building the Euler Hermes brand on the Polish market.
For several years, he has been co-managing a leading trade credit broker RiskMan.
Piotr Rybicki - Member of the PICM Advisory Council
Certified auditor, specializing in corporate finance, reporting, ownership supervision and creative accounting. He has experience as a vice-president of the board for financial matters in a listed company, he sits on supervisory boards.
Lecturer at courses for candidates for members of supervisory boards, initiator of the "Conference of the Supervisory Board" and distinctions "Man Corporate Governance", as well as propagator of professional supervisory boards, Vice President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice, Member of the Board of Experts at the School of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Association Expert Individual Investors, runs the NadzórKorporacyjny.pl portal.
